Manual Snow Removal Worker, Pirkanmaa The snow may still seem far away—but is it? We’re looking for snow removal workers for the winter! It will soon be time again: you look outside in the morning and the ground is white, and someone needs to make sure others can get around. That someone could be you! We’re hiring manual snow removal workers for gig assignments during the winter. You will clear stairs, walkways and entrances that snowploughs cannot reach using a shovel and brush, and spread grit when needed. You’ll work outdoors in the fresh air. How does the work work? Snow doesn’t watch the clock, so work depends on the weather. When it snows, you’ll start early in the morning so the walkways are clear before others wake up. Some weeks are busy, while others are quieter. You’re suited to the work if you: Are an early riser, or at least willing to get up early. Enjoy outdoor work and being active in all kinds of weather. Are reliable: when you say you’ll come, you show up. Enjoy physical work and don’t mind working up a sweat. We pay approximately €12.80–€13.50 per hour. Wages are paid twice a month. We offer energetic shifts based on the winter snow conditions. If you have operated machinery for snow removal, we may also have work for you!
