Office Coordinator

Office coordinator role in Helsinki for a ~1-year fixed-term contract. You will be central to ensuring smooth daily office operations, facility functionality, and excellent employee and visitor experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating facilities services and partners, maintaining the appearance of offices, reception and onboarding of new staff, office supplies procurement, arranging meeting rooms and workspaces, internal communications, events and meetings coordination, health, safety and environment operations, and executing development projects related to premises. We expect at least three years of experience in office, facilities, or workplace coordination; strong administrative and operational abilities; the capacity to manage multiple parallel tasks; excellent organizational and prioritization skills; fluency in Finnish and English; experience with office tools and service-request systems; precise, solution-oriented work style; basic understanding of occupational health and safety; and flexible approach to working hours.
