Technician

We are seeking an Installer/Technician to join Schetelig Oy's growing maintenance team. In this role you will work with the maintenance, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of technical systems at customer sites across Finland. Key duties include servicing, maintaining and diagnosing technical systems in greenhouse and cultivation sectors, installing and commissioning equipment and systems, providing technical support and guidance to customers, and performing preventive maintenance and system checks. You may come from backgrounds such as electrical and automation engineering, industrial service and maintenance, HVAC or process technology, agricultural technology or machinery maintenance, or greenhouse/cultivation tech. You should be technically curious, careful, responsible, capable of working independently after training, enjoy customer-facing work and communicate clearly. Willingness to travel within Finland and hold a B-class driving license is required. Proficiency in Finnish, Swedish and English is helpful for communicating with customers and suppliers. Prior experience in greenhouse tech, automation or similar systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
