Business Development Manager

Discover your exciting role Create and develop business opportunities, strengthen Exyte's market presence and build long-term customer relationships within targeted industries and sectors. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Lead and coordinate business development activities to achieve order intake and growth targets. Identify and assess new business opportunities and build a strong and sustainable opportunity pipeline. Select, develop, and manage strategic customers and key accounts, building long-term relationships at decision-maker and senior management level. Develop and execute market, customer, and opportunity plans, including differentiated win strategies. Consistently implement Exyte’s “Relationship Based Sales” approach at customer, opportunity, and market level. Participate in customer meetings, proposal presentations, and contract negotiations, and support the development of competitive proposals. Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and framework agreements with customers. Collaborate closely with regional and global management, Business Acquisition, Opportunity Management, Engineering, Operations, and Controlling. Show your expertise University degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or Business Administration with a technical focus. Several years of solid professional experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management within the Life Sciences industry. Proven track record in developing customer relationships, building a strong sales pipeline, and successfully closing project-based business. Strong understanding of customer needs, investment projects. Fluency in German and English with strong negotiation skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel regularly.
