Integration Consultant

Myynnillinen integraatiokonsultti / -arkkitehti We are seeking a sales-oriented integration consultant or architect to strengthen our Azure integration sales. In this role you combine technical expertise, customer-centric consulting and solution selling. You will work closely with customers and the sales team to identify business needs and design appropriate integration solutions. You will influence new customer acquisition, bidding processes and our growth in integration business. At the same time you will develop our services and ways of working with experienced professionals. The position is located in Tampere, but we work in a flexible hybrid model. Key responsibilities: - Act as an integration expert in new customer sales as part of the sales team. - Design and define Azure integration solutions that meet customer needs. - Create solution architectures, define implementation scopes and participate in pricing. - Participate in bids and procurement processes in the integration expert role. - Actively develop sales operating models and service offerings with the team. - Represent CGI and our integration expertise in customer meetings, workshops and events. Our future team: you will join a 20-person diamond team that is part of the Heavy Industry unit working with Manufacturing accounts. The team focuses largely on Azure integrations and we look forward to you joining us. The role can be located in Tampere or at another one of our locations. We operate in CGI with a flexible hybrid model, combining remote and on-site work. You will be part of a community where diverse teams define the way they work together. Requirements: - Strong sales drive and desire to grow customer relationships and business. - Experience in consultative solution selling and ability to identify customer needs and craft suitable solutions. - Ability to lead and advance sales initiatives from first contact to closing. - Technical understanding of Azure integrations or experience in designing integration solutions. - Proactive, goal-oriented and collaborative working style. - Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written. Additional valued: - Experience with public or private procurements and bidding processes. - Ability to prepare high-quality solution, bid and contract documents. - Experience with Azure Integration Services (e.g., Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid) or Azure Integration Factory solutions.
