Job Details
Responsibilities
- Drive competence build up for the segment.
- Evaluating the market environment to define market potential, key applications, and customer needs.
- Supporting and guide sales teams to achieve desired business results and partner with, and communicate effectively to, appropriate stakeholders within the market organizations to deliver outstanding value.
- Guiding your team by creating roadmaps, planning activities and setting objectives, and you will coach and develop team members, both within your own team and other teams within the region.
- Proactively monitoring external environment and translating relevant trends into the organization, to ensure agility and value creation.
- Identifying and driving investments in the segment working closely to global, regional and local counterparts being a good team player, challenging sparring partner, sharing successes with mining global community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Mining Engineering or related disciplines; Master's degree in business preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Mining business, especially in Chile and Brazil
- Experience with large sales teams and multi-channel B2B
- Experience in developing and implementing a segment strategy with high commercial awareness
- Evidence of team leadership and strategic partnership across a matrix organization
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and strong presentation skills
- Experience in developing client-focused, differentiated solutions
- Strong business acumen and hands-on leadership
- High cultural awareness and adaptive leadership
- Geographic flexibility and international work mindset
