We are looking for a sales associate who loves fashion and enjoys working with a team to achieve strong results. This is a permanent position with an average weekly schedule of 8 hours. Start date is by agreement. As a Sales Assistant at Lindex you will be part of an encouraging and committed team that strives to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. In this role you will collaborate closely with colleagues to create memorable customer experiences, execute campaigns and store activities with enthusiasm, take care of products from arrival to customers, keep the store inviting, clean and visually appealing, and be part of a team that supports each other’s growth daily. You should enjoy engaging with people, confidently helping customers feel good, and bring a love of fashion, willingness to learn, and proficiency with digital tools to move you and your team forward. We also expect you to have: excellent Finnish and English, both written and spoken; solid command of digital tools; flexibility to work according to store hours; previous retail experience and customer service experience.
