Axiomatic Technologies Oy has the highest AAA credit rating. Would you be our new colleague? We are looking for a Sales Assistant for Axiomatic Technologies Oy in Lempäälä for a permanent position. In this role, you will join a small, close-knit team at a financially stable international company, where work is independent, responsible and long-term. You will ensure that customer orders, deliveries and invoicing proceed accurately and that everyday practices run smoothly. The position is permanent and full-time, and you will be employed directly by Axiomatic Technologies Oy. The office is in Sääksjärvi, Lempäälä, and you will work mainly at the office. Remote work is possible about once a week when the duties allow. What would you do? As Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for a varied role combining customer service, order processing, invoicing and administrative tasks. Much of your working day will involve processing orders received by email, sending order confirmations and coordinating deliveries with customers and courier services. You will also invoice deliveries and monitor and record payments in the system. You will work closely with the international organisation. Daily communication is mainly by email in English, and you will be in regular contact with international customers and partners. In addition to sales support, you will handle various office administration practices and ensure they run smoothly. You will have considerable responsibility for your own area, with an experienced and approachable team supporting you. What do we hope for from you? We hope you have previous experience in sales assistant, customer service or similar administrative work. Previous experience with the order-to-delivery process, invoicing and customer service will help you get up to speed quickly. Good written English is required, as a significant part of communication takes place by email with international customers and partners. We particularly value an accurate and careful approach to work. We also hope you are proactive and able to work independently. In a small team, everyone has an important area of responsibility, so we value someone who takes initiative and sees tasks through to completion. Knowledge of the Passeli system, logistics or export trade, and German or French language skills are considered advantages but are not essential for success in the role.
