We are seeking scaffold helpers for clients in Pirkanmaa. Responsibilities include assisting with erection and dismantling of construction scaffolds, moving, sorting and organizing scaffold materials on site, working as part of the scaffold installation team under the guidance of more experienced installers, and taking care of the cleanliness and safety of the worksite. We expect a positive attitude and willingness to learn, good physical condition, ability to work at height, hold a valid occupational safety card, and prior experience in construction or scaffolding is a plus. We offer at least a county collective-agreement wage, with pay reflecting the required skills and experience, secure payroll handling, potential for long-term employment, diverse tasks, and proper workwear and equipment.
