School cleaner

The role involves basic cleaning and maintenance cleaning in client facilities, with periodic basic cleaning tasks. In some sites there is a possibility to work as a multi-service worker with responsibilities beyond cleaning such as assisting in the kitchen, dishwashing or restocking snack carts. The cleaner mainly works in schools and daycare centers located in the Tampere area, with potential shifts in healthcare facilities in Pirkanmaa. This is a temporary, on-call position; you can work part-time or occasionally full-time. Shifts vary by location, typically 4–8 hours, mainly on weekdays between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Even though the role is on-call, there may be longer assignments such as substitutions. Selected candidate must present a criminal background check for working with children before starting. Employment is with StaffPoint and the worker. Pay starts at €13.19 per hour. The client uses YTES. We expect you to have relevant training and/or prior experience in similar tasks. You should have a proactive attitude, the ability to work independently, and good written and spoken Finnish to understand instructions.
