We are looking for a dental chairside assistant to join our team for a permanent position. We especially value prior experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery, prosthetics or orthodontics, but the most important thing for us is a good attitude, willingness to learn and fit with our work community. Helmiäinen Dental Clinic is an independent, employee-owned private clinic in central Tampere. We employ general dentists as well as a broad range of specialists. WHAT WILL YOU DO? You will work as a dental assistant to the dentist. Your duties also include a variety of customer service and reception-related tasks. We can tailor your role according to your skills and interests. If you have experience assisting restorative, surgical or orthodontic procedures, you will be able to utilise that expertise. Work takes place at our clinic in Tampere city centre. We expect readiness to work flexibly during opening hours, including morning and evening shifts and Saturdays. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? You are a trained dental assistant and a healthcare professional in oral health who treats clients and colleagues with friendliness and respect. You have: good customer service and teamwork skills; ability to work independently; desire to learn and develop your skills; a positive, easy-going attitude with professional standards.
