Hei, juuri sinä! We are seeking a shearer for our client in Vaasa. The tasks include shear cutting of thin sheet metal to precise measurements. A bending machine is also used to make parts efficiently, flexibly, and to exact specifications with different bending radii. Work is done in two shifts on weekdays, 40 hours per week. Salary depends on skill and experience. The employment relationship is permanent and later you have the possibility to be permanently placed on our client's books. We look for a candidate with previous experience in the metal industry, ability to read technical drawings, and above all a positive and motivated attitude. Previous experience in shearing is not necessary, as our client is willing to train the right person to operate the shear press. The role also requires a willingness to learn and train in programming. Successful performance requires a precise and careful work approach and a desire to learn and develop.
