Shear Operator

Shear Operator for a client in Vaasa. The role includes shearing thin sheet metal products to precise measurements. A bending machine is also used to fabricate parts efficiently, diversely, and to tight tolerances with different bending radii. Work is done in two shifts on weekdays, 40 hours per week. Salary is determined by skill and experience. The position is permanent and there is potential for permanent employment with the client later. We are looking for someone with prior experience in the metal industry, ability to read technical drawings, and above all a positive and motivated attitude. Previous experience with shearing is not mandatory, as the client is willing to train the right person to operate the shearing press. The role requires willingness to learn and train in programming as well. Success at work depends on precision, careful work habits, and eagerness to learn and develop. We hope you are prepared to work flexibly in shifts and take on new tasks with a positive attitude. Start immediately once suitable candidates are found. How to apply?
