Assembly Worker

Our client Ingersoll Rand is looking for a practical and self-directed assembler to strengthen its team in Tampere. The role is suited to someone who enjoys technical assembly work and is confident using tools. In this role, you will: - Assemble screw compressors on a production line. - Ensure the quality of components and report any deviations. - Document assembly work in the enterprise resource planning system. - Work with both varying and recurring models. - Work shifts, mainly in a two-shift system (morning/evening). Evening shifts are 10 hours per day from Monday to Thursday. What we expect from you: - Good drawing-reading skills: you understand mechanical drawings and P&I diagrams. - Fluency in Finnish or English. - A positive approach to work and the ability to work independently. It is an advantage if you have: - Training as a mechanical assembler or in another technical field. - Practical experience in assembly work. - Knowledge of electrical diagrams or experience in commissioning and testing. - Experience using a forklift and lift platform. - Valid occupational safety and electrical safety cards.
