Admicom is a Finnish provider of SaaS services that digitalises the construction industry. Our vision is to make construction smarter, more productive and more sustainable by using data and technology in unprecedented ways. We are now looking for a QA Specialist for our product development team to ensure the high quality of our products and take our testing practices further by using AI. You will work as part of agile product development teams creating solutions for the everyday work of thousands of customers. AI is also a key tool for our developers. QA Specialist (AI Native) As a QA Specialist, you will ensure that our software works as intended and meets its quality requirements. The role focuses especially on project management solutions. You will use AI agents and coding assistants to plan, implement and maintain tests. AI produces; you guide, assess and decide. Your tasks include expanding test automation with AI by converting existing test cases and manual testing instructions into maintainable automation. Together with our QA Lead, you will roll out AI-assisted testing practices in teams and develop end-to-end testing to ensure that the software works as a whole. In this role, you will define acceptance criteria and testable requirements with product owners and developers before implementation. You will critically assess AI-generated code and tests: do the tests cover the right things and find the right defects? You will build quality gates and processes in CI/CD pipelines to support production releases, and identify, analyse and report defects. You will try new testing methods and AI tools and use them in your work. What do you need to succeed in the role? You have at least two years of experience in software testing and/or test automation. You have experience with Playwright, Cypress or other testing frameworks. You have at least basic JavaScript or TypeScript programming skills and understand software development. You have used AI tools at work, for example to generate tests, produce test data or analyse defects, and want to deepen your expertise. You can critically assess AI output and do not accept it just because it looks finished. Relevant technical education and knowledge of React and CI/CD are considered advantages. You communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Finnish is an advantage. You have a strong tester’s mindset: you seek to identify possible defects before they reach users. You want to understand the objectives and requirements of your work and work carefully. You are curious and willing to try new tools and approaches. You are familiar with agile development and have good problem-solving and teamwork skills. You follow the impact of AI on software development and quality assurance and want to help drive that change. Salary and working arrangements We have outlined a salary range of €3,500–€4,300 per month for this role, and we are happy to discuss compensation in more detail based on your skills and experience. Your home office will be in Jyväskylä. We have a flexible hybrid model that supports work-life balance: you can work both at the office and remotely. However, we hope you will be at the office an average of about two days per week so that collaboration and team spirit remain strong. Teams also meet regularly to exchange ideas and learn from one another. Admicom Admicom already employs more than 300 professionals in areas including software development, accounting, implementations and sales, across seven offices in Finland and one in Tartu, Estonia. Together, we are building a smarter, more productive and sustainable construction industry. Here are a few reasons you might enjoy working with us: Meaningful work: The impact of your work is directly visible in customers’ everyday lives. The solutions you test and develop provide the foundation thousands of users rely on for smooth work. An AI-native way of working: We are building product development where AI is a natural part of every stage, from requirements to release. You can influence what quality assurance looks like as agents write an increasing share of the code. Opportunities to grow: You will deepen your expertise in testing methods, automation, the use of AI and software development. We support your learning over the long term, and you can broaden your role according to your interests. Support and collaboration in everyday work: You will work closely with the QA Lead, developers, product owners and product development leadership. It is easy to ask for help, share insights and improve how we work together. Interested? Great! Send us your application by 1 November 2026. We may start conversations during the application period and will move forward as soon as we find a suitable person for our team.
