We are looking for a Team Lead, fullstack developer to lead our Small-scale development team! We want a skilled fullstack developer with team lead skills who will oversee both backend and frontend work, mentor AI-assisted development, and coordinate with clients and account managers. The role includes organizing and planning the team’s tasks, designing solutions, creating Jira tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with client goals. You will work on backend systems that process large data from thousands of devices on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.), and also develop frontend UI components for customer projects. You’ll mentor AI agents, review AI outputs, and maintain architectural integrity. We expect good Finnish and English skills. The position is based in Tampere with a Hybrid work model; remote work is possible but offices and in-person collaboration are valued. Requirements
- You have experience or interest in Team Lead related tasks
- Industrial Internet of Things familiarity is a plus
- Good Finnish and English skills
