We are seeking a Meetings and Events Service Manager for Original Sokos Hotel Ilves in Tampere. The position is permanent and part-time (90 hours per 3 weeks). As service manager you will act as a supervisor to your scheduled team and enable their success in their work. Managing a shift requires excellent people leadership, the ability to organize shifts, and the capacity to combine high-quality and efficient operations. You will lead the shift positively by example in sometimes hectic work environments and changing circumstances. In this role you will help create unforgettable experiences for our guests together with great colleagues.
