We are seeking an HR coordinator to support the HR and recruitment processes. The role involves maintaining client and contract data, initiating recruitments in collaboration with sales, preparing and updating job advertisements, handling applications and interviewing candidates, maintaining the employee pool, drafting employment documents, onboarding temporary workers, maintaining personal data in various systems, verifying timesheets, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The position also supports international recruitment processes in collaboration with a colleague responsible for those processes, including coordination of documents, housing, and other practical arrangements. Proficiency in Finnish and strong English are required; knowledge of Russian, Ukrainian or other foreign languages is a plus. The job may involve some field activities to support employer branding and marketing at events and client meetings. We offer a permanent, full-time role with comprehensive onboarding and extended occupational health services. The start date is as agreed, salary determined by skills and responsibilities, and working hours are 37.5 per week, typically Monday–Friday 8:00–16:00. The office is centrally located in Turku, with close access to transport links.

Requirements
