In this role you will be part of a 9-person IT team consisting of technical product owners and experts, a project manager, an OPS Lead and a Tech Lead. Our client's system landscape is broad and they work with legacy systems in part. As a leading developer in the field, they push the envelope by applying the latest technologies to their services and production. The position works in a hybrid model with a primary on-site presence at Tuusula at least two days per week, and occasionally at the Helsinki office. Responsibilities include: system maintenance and development to support business processes; small development, specification, documentation and testing within your area of responsibility in collaboration with business stakeholders; incident analysis, resolution and root-cause investigation; coordination of IT partners and subcontractors; production continuity and deviation analysis together with the OPS Lead, identifying incidents and ensuring production stability; participation in system development projects. We are looking for: basic understanding of ERP or SAP production processes and integration management; understanding of incident management and support for critical systems; ability to analyze and solve problems in a structured way; fluent Finnish and English; proactive attitude and willingness to expand technical skills across several systems. It is a plus to have experience in supply chain or wholesale order-to-delivery processes, an understanding of IT architecture and multi-vendor environments, experience in developing IT services for retail/wholesale, and capability to utilize AI or automation in IT operations.
