Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a permanent property maintenance technician for our client in the Turku area. Job description Your duties include varied property maintenance tasks, such as replacing lamps or air filters. You may also encounter a blocked floor drain or a leaking tap. The work and sites vary around the Turku area, where you will work independently and as part of a team. Work is on weekdays and 37.5 hours per week. We hope you have previous experience and a proactive, motivated approach to work. You have good problem-solving skills and do not lose your composure when things get busy. You will receive comprehensive onboarding for the role, and you will have a skilled team supporting you. You need a category B driving licence to travel between sites. If you have the following qualities, you may be the person we are looking for. To apply, you must have: - Experience in property maintenance; we are looking for a professional who can handle the work without needing supervision. - Good Finnish language skills; Finnish is the working language of supervision. - A strong work ethic; the work is independent and you are responsible for the quality of your work. - Good social skills and the ability to get along with people even in difficult situations. - A category B driving licence.
