We are looking for a child care worker for the SVENSK-speaking day care Håkansböle in Vanda. The role is part of the pedagogical team and involves collaboration with multiprofessional actors to foster an inclusive culture across the unit. You will provide children with security, care and support in daily routines, and you will work in a context that places the child’s best at the center. Requirements include the ability to cooperate in a team, communicate calmly and respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, and to respond to each child’s individual needs. The position is full-time with a weekly schedule of 38 h 15 min, based on a municipal service and employment contract AKTA, with a four-month trial period.
