Responsibilities
- Assist with and lead (where appropriate) corporate acquisitions and other corporate transactions
- Provide corporate governance advisory
- Draft, negotiate and evaluate commercial agreements
- Address legal questions in energy projects and project development
- Provide daily legal advice to clients
- Role can be tailored to the applicant’s experience and interests
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience from a law firm, in-house legal role, or similar expert/consulting environment
- Experience with corporate transactions, corporate law and commercial contracts
- Experience with energy project development or energy sector advisory
- Ability to handle routine engagements independently and responsibly
- Proactive, solution-oriented and commercial mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Fluent Finnish and English; Swedish language skills are an advantage
