Ahead in motoring. Come work for Finland’s largest used-car dealership!
As we grow, we are looking for several permanent car salespeople for our Kirkkonummi location to strengthen our sales team. Your attitude matters most—you do not need to be an experienced automotive professional, because we will train you to become one of the best in the field.
Do you want to succeed through your own work and earn in line with your results, with no earnings cap? At Saka, you will have the drive of a growing company, a refined sales concept and the opportunity to influence how far you progress. Our goals are high, and so are the opportunities to succeed, develop and earn.
You can trust Saka as a car salesperson. Here is what our salespeople say:
“Transparency. We inspect the condition of every car, which means you know what you are selling—and customers know what they are buying.”
“We have a really good purchasing team and after-sales team, which means that as a salesperson you can focus solely on sales.”
“Our prices are right, so stock moves. You continually get new cars to sell. You will not find yourself unable to find the right car for a customer.”
What is car sales like at Saka, and what does the work require?
Sales work at Saka is varied and independent, with excellent opportunities to develop into one of the best in the field. Your everyday work consists of negotiating with customers, pricing used cars and closing deals. You will offer customers solutions suited to their needs from our broad selection across Finland and help them make major decisions.
There is no single right way to make a sale. Customers generally already have a need, but it can show itself in very different ways. One person knows immediately what they want; another needs more time and to compare options. As a salesperson, you will learn to read different customers, identify their needs and find your own way of making a sale. People with different personalities can do well in car sales.
Previous sales experience is an advantage, but we strongly believe that people can learn to sell cars. Our successful salespeople are above all united by a desire to succeed and develop. You have plenty of freedom to work in your own way, but that freedom also requires self-management, goal orientation and perseverance.
Although you are responsible for your own sales, you do not work alone. You will be supported by an encouraging sales team, car sales assistants, sales management and administration.
Working time is 37.5 hours per week. The showroom is open on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00; shifts mainly fall within those hours. If you are nearing the end of your studies, you should definitely apply. We are flexible and can tailor your start and shifts to fit the final demands of your studies.
The role requires fluent Finnish, a category B driving licence and a clean credit record.

For more information about the role, contact Joona Liias, the Kirkkonummi unit manager, by email at joona.liias@saka.fi.
Send your application by 25 October 2026. We review applications during the application period and fill the roles as soon as we find suitable candidates. We only consider applications submitted through our recruitment system.
How our recruitment process works:
Application: Tell us who you are and why you would be a good fit for Saka. We recommend including a video!
Short personal assessment: This gives us more information about your strengths, and you will also receive comprehensive information about yourself, for example for career planning. We do not base recruitment decisions on this analysis; we always consider applicants as a whole.
Phone conversation: A quick conversation to get to know each other and see whether our expectations align.
Meeting at the showroom: You will meet the unit manager and regional sales manager. This gives us a chance to get to know each other better.
Reference checks: We check references after the interview.
Decisions: We do not delay unnecessarily. As soon as we find the right addition to the team, we sign the papers. We do, however, check credit records before hiring.
Your employment starts with the new-salesperson START days organised by Sakademy in Tuusula.
What does successful performance in this role look like during the first year?
First months: You have completed your first deals independently, are beginning to master the basic systems and learn something new every day. You have made a host of new colleagues.
Six months: You manage the sales process and systems, handle customer work independently and have already completed dozens of deals and trade-ins. Once the basics are in place, you begin to refine your work purposefully.
First year: Your own customer base has grown, you know the car models better and have developed your sales process and ability to identify customer needs. At this point, opportunities to progress at Saka may also open up.
Saka—the largest used-car dealership in Finland—does everything it can so that you do not have to rely on luck when buying a car. Three values guide our work: we succeed together with passion, value everyone, and are always reliable and honest.
