Building caretaker

We are seeking energetic professionals for our client in outdoor property maintenance work in Tampere on a temporary gig basis. Duties include participating in a range of property maintenance tasks such as tidying up outdoor areas, mowing lawns, tending shrubs, collecting leaves and trash, and other duties that keep the environment clean. In winter season, also snow removal and gritting. Depending on your skills and experience, tasks may include various machine-assisted jobs, such as transporting leaves and snow clearing in winter. You will help ensure smooth progress of work, meet schedules, and maintain quality of work. We offer a varied gig at our client company, a friendly team, and responsible work. Contract pay will reflect prior experience and skills. What we expect from you: previous experience and/or education in similar tasks; motivated, proactive and careful work approach; diligence and good customer service skills. Experience with machine work such as snow removal is considered an advantage. Start date upon finding a suitable candidate; you will be employed by Amiko for a gig contract.
