This is a full-time, permanent position for LV maintenance leadership within the building services field. The LV-Huoltopäällikkö / työnjohtaja will be responsible for maintaining and leading the LV maintenance organization and client relationships within the Kantaa-Häme region, driving profitable growth and business performance. The role entails active participation in new customer acquisition, ensuring staff development through strong leadership principles and the Consti Way.
