LV Underhållschef

This is a full-time, permanent position for LV maintenance leadership within the building services field. The LV-Huoltopäällikkö / työnjohtaja will be responsible for maintaining and leading the LV maintenance organization and client relationships within the Kantaa-Häme region, driving profitable growth and business performance. The role entails active participation in new customer acquisition, ensuring staff development through strong leadership principles and the Consti Way. Working hours are a daytime schedule typically 7:00–15:30, with start date negotiable. The unit manager Jaakko Niemi is the contact for further information at 050 479 8257. Key responsibilities include organizing LV maintenance operations, coordinating maintenance and repair work, and leading service contracts and small-scale projects with schedule and cost control. Strong HR leadership and communication skills are essential. The position is based in Hämeenlinna.
