Requirements include several years in neo-banks/banks, strong banking system understanding, B2B support experience, comfort with daily calls, leadership collaboration, flexible hours, and interest in fintech. Remote work is available with monthly Paris travel for onsite days. The recruitment process includes multiple remote interviews.
