Greenhouse Plant Caretaker

Greenhouse Plant Caretaker, permanent, full-time/part-time. We are seeking a capable, independent and energetic employee to join the Buenon team. Vihersisutus Bueno performs professional plant styling for corporate interiors with a positive approach. You will become part of a team where you have the opportunity to develop yourself and apply your skills. Duties are varied and include plant care at customer premises, planting of green plant arrangements and delivery of installations, installation of artificial plants, seasonal outdoor planting and care, light garden work, event and trade show decoration, florist work, and customer service. We expect you to have an interest in the field and a willingness to develop in it, customer service skills and a positive attitude, initiative and the ability to work independently as well as in a team, good physical condition, a B driver's license and ability to drive a van in the Tampere area, education or experience in gardening/floristry is an advantage but not required, good Finnish language skills, and experience with green plants is advantageous. Work starts as agreed / immediately when a suitable candidate is found. Permanent or fixed-term contract as agreed. Working hours by agreement, about 3–5 days a week.
