Service Advisor

We are looking for a service advisor for Vaasa Airport to be called to work as needed for security screening and passenger guidance. Your duties include guiding and advising customers as well as maintaining order and supervision in the terminal. The service advisor's role includes security screening, for which we provide training if necessary. The task requires normal color vision. You will also need a B driver's license for the tasks. As a service advisor, your task is to ensure smooth travel for every customer and the exceptional customer experience we promise. You meet every passenger with a confident approach and ensure that they want to return to our fields again. You are the right employee for us if you actively observe what is happening around you and master face-to-face customer service in an international environment. You move naturally from one situation to another and do not lose your temper even in a rush. We hope that you are a team player with a positive attitude. You are flexible and organized. You can communicate orally and in writing in Finnish, English and preferably also in Swedish. The person selected for the position will undergo a basic security clearance and drug testing as well as a Peth test measuring high alcohol consumption.
