We are seeking a skilled and motivated mechanical maintenance technician for a permanent position with our client in Tampere. The role suits someone who enjoys hands-on fault finding, maintenance of machines and equipment, and wants to develop their professional skills in an industrial environment. Duties: - Mechanical maintenance of industrial machines and equipment - Troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance work - Collaboration with production and other maintenance activities - Possible installation and modification work We expect: - Experience in mechanical maintenance or as a technician - Understanding of mechanical structures and machines - Ability to use hand tools and traditional workshop tools - Proactive and responsible work approach - Education in the field is an asset, but experience matters most We offer: - Steady work in a functioning industrial environment - Competitive salary according to your expertise - Clear working hours and proper onboarding - A fair and straightforward working atmosphere The workplace is located in Tampere.
