Responsibilities
- Manage fixed assets accounting and reporting tasks
- Coordinate related processes and ensure compliance with IFRS and Finnish GAAP
- Support tax reporting for Finnish entities related to fixed assets
- Monitor and develop fixed asset processes for operational efficiency and reporting quality
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
- Prepare reconciliations, analyses and reports related to fixed assets and leases
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in projects and drive process standardization and knowledge sharing
- Provide accounting expertise to business and finance teams
- Report to the Financial Control Manager
Requirements
- Strong experience in fixed assets accounting
- Experience with lease accounting is a plus
- Good knowledge of IFRS and Finnish GAAP
- Knowledge of Finnish tax reporting related to fixed assets
- ERP experience, preferably SAP FCC and S/4
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple work streams
- Finance/economics degree (accounting, taxation or business administration)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Fluency in English and Finnish
