Service Manager, Meal and Cleaning Services

We are looking for a Service Manager to be responsible for meal and cleaning services for our care-services customer in Eastern Uusimaa. Job duties As Service Manager, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our customer sites providing care services in Eastern Uusimaa. Managing the customer relationship is at the core of your work. You will regularly meet our customer contact persons and service users. You will handle customer feedback and ensure that the service is delivered in accordance with the customer agreement. You will develop site operations and be responsible for self-monitoring, occupational safety and quality control. You will act as the supervisor of a team of around 20 food-service professionals. You will ensure service delivery, workforce planning and development, and employee wellbeing. You will be responsible for financial monitoring, ensuring operational results, invoicing and maintaining price lists. Your manager Marja-Liisa and a regional service coordinator will support your work. The position is permanent and full-time. There are around 30 customer sites in Porvoo, Askola, Myrskylä, Sipoo and Loviisa. The role requires travel between sites, and your main office is in Porvoo. Why join us? To succeed in this role, you need several years of work experience in supervisory-level food-service roles and familiarity with cleaning services. We value a completed qualification in the field, such as a university of applied sciences degree in tourism, catering, hotel, events or service business (restonomi). We hope you have worked in a results-responsible role and have experience maintaining successful customer relationships. Fluent spoken and written Finnish is essential. The role requires travel between customer sites, so we hope you have a B-category driving licence and the possibility to travel by your own car. We pay mileage reimbursements for work-related driving. Familiarity with Aromi 14 or another comparable production-control system, and the ability to work in Swedish, are considered an advantage.
