Food Service Supervisor

We are looking for new food service supervisors for the western Helsinki area to take care of production kitchens in daycare centres and comprehensive schools. Job duties As a food service supervisor, you ensure tasty everyday meals for the children, pupils and teachers at your work site. Food is prepared using the oven method in the site's own kitchen. In addition to preparing food, you are responsible for orders, presentation, dishwashing and other production-kitchen duties. Depending on the size of the site, you work independently or as part of a team that shares the daily responsibilities with you. The area's service supervisor will support you. We are looking for new supervisors for the Malminkartano and Kannelmäki areas. The sites are schools, daycare centres or combinations of the two. The positions on offer are permanent and full-time. Succeed with us We require our food service supervisors to have previous experience in a responsible food service role in a school or early childhood education environment. You must have completed a qualification in restaurant and catering services and hold a hygiene passport. You need excellent spoken and written Finnish and at least basic IT skills. We value a responsible, customer-oriented professional. Previous experience using the Aromi 14 system and all the expertise you have gained in special diets are an advantage.
