Experienced Infrastructure Designer

Experienced Infrastructure Designer – shape your role around your interests! Would you like to deepen your current expertise or move towards new projects? At Destia, you can influence what you design and how your career develops. We are looking for experienced infrastructure designers for road, street, route and railway design projects. The focus of the role will be built around your expertise and interests. If you wish, you can also work as a project manager. A diverse range of projects, a role shaped around you We offer traditional design assignments as well as design-build and alliance projects across Finland. We also design areas, water services, data centre infrastructure, renewable energy projects and tramways. You do not need to know everything: you can focus on your specialist area or broaden your expertise through new projects, colleagues and training. Our designers work closely with construction teams. You will see how your plans work in practice and have the support of the 185-person Transport and Expert Services unit. You can also build an international career within the Colas Group. We can discuss which duties, projects and areas of focus suit you. Your salary will be based on your experience and expertise. Bring your experience to us We hope you have at least three years of experience in infrastructure design, a suitable higher education degree in engineering, and fluent Finnish. English is also needed for data centre design assignments. You are proficient in the design software and guidelines used in your field, enjoy working with others and want to develop your skills.
