Project Manager Join us as a project manager for distribution network investments! Caruna is an electricity distribution company that delivers good energy. We maintain, service and build our electricity network in Southern, Southwestern and Western Finland, Joensuu, Koillismaa and Satakunta so that homes, businesses and municipalities have electricity all year round. Around 225 professionals work with us. Distribution network project managers lead the project’s internal and external stakeholders and people towards a common goal. In addition to managing customer-focused distribution network work and investment projects, project managers can take part in various development projects according to their skills and interests. What kind of person would fit our team? We are looking for a project manager for a permanent position. You will manage customer-focused work and investment projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning to implementation, and ensure that project objectives are achieved with high quality and on schedule. An essential part of the role is active cooperation with partners, guiding project planning and construction, and managing costs, schedules, quality and occupational safety. The role also includes implementing change and development measures with project stakeholders. We require education in electrical power engineering and experience in electricity network construction projects. To succeed in the role, you need good readiness to work with different information systems. Experience and skills in managing varied and extensive project data are an advantage. Important qualities for a project manager include being active, cooperative and self-directed, having a positive attitude, and being willing to learn and contribute to development.
