We are seeking an experienced HVAC professional for project manager duties in Tampere. Our client is looking for a project manager in Tampere. In the role you will lead the comprehensive management, supervision and supervisory duties for HVAC projects on contracting sites. Your desk will include procurement for named projects, work phase, scheduling and resource planning, project forecasting and reporting. The candidate should have experience in both new construction and renovation within mechanical engineering. The role requires a suitable technical education such as an HVAC engineer, experience in project management in HVAC contracting, experience in supervisory work, good communication and teamwork skills, an autonomous work approach and strong organizational ability, and a holistic understanding of building services.
