Construction Cleaner, Joensuu OPEN APPLICATION Do you have previous work experience in assistant roles in construction and are you used to keeping things clean and orderly? Are you already familiar with some construction terminology and have you adopted safe working practices? We are looking for CONSTRUCTION CLEANERS for our customers in the Joensuu area. In your daily work, you will work at our customers’ construction sites. The sites may be new-build projects or properties and buildings undergoing renovation. As a construction cleaner, you can work independently, and your task is to ensure that the site is clean and safe to work in. Each day you will clean and sort construction waste, and at times do more detail-oriented work such as dust removal and vacuuming. You will ensure that construction workers can work in an unobstructed environment. You will contribute to keeping the construction project on schedule and progressing according to plan, with a result everyone can be satisfied with. You will need, among other things: - An Occupational Safety Card - A safety-conscious attitude - A positive and motivated approach Previous construction experience or relevant education is an advantage. Work starts by agreement, so you can influence the duration according to your life situation. We are looking for people for assignments ranging from a few days to several weeks or months. Working hours are generally on weekdays between 7:00 and 15:30. The employment relationship follows the building construction industry collective agreement. Pay is based on your previous skills and experience. For example, the hourly rate is €11.94 for a starting employee and €13.45 for someone with some experience.
