Account Manager – help build Aana's next growth phase. Do you want to combine commercial activity, social and health care expertise, and truly meaningful work? Aana Palvelut is a growing company providing personal assistance and daily support services. We help people obtain support suited to their life situation and to build their own version of everyday life. We are now looking for an account manager who wants to actively participate in building Aana's next growth phase. In this role you will not only maintain existing accounts; you will build new client relationships, partnerships and networks, identify growth opportunities and implement them. You will also play a central role in ensuring that we grow in a high-quality and responsible way. You will be responsible for developing client relationships and networks within your own service area, building new clients and developing existing ones, expanding our cooperation networks and stakeholder relations, identifying opportunities for customers, growth and business, following activity in your area, ensuring demand for Aana's services, contributing to service operations and staff development, and upholding service quality, internal controls and regulatory compliance. The role combines customer relations, growth and high-quality service management. The position requires a suitable social or health sector university degree, adequate experience in social and health care services and managerial responsibilities, willingness to act as person-in-charge of the service unit, expertise in internal controls, service quality and regulatory requirements, and a B-driver's license with readiness to travel within the service area. We value commercial and sales-thinking, proactive work style, ability to build networks and long-term partnerships, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to see opportunities and implement them, and a desire to develop operations with a growing company.
