Plasma Cutting Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled plasma cutting operator to join our production team in Tampere. In this role you will perform plasma cutting as well as pre- and post-processing tasks related to cutting, ensuring high quality and safe operations. Responsibilities include: performing plasma cutting according to drawings and work instructions; preparing cutting work: selecting materials, fixturing and settings; post-processing of cut parts such as deburring, grinding and measurement; maintenance and cleaning tasks for machines and equipment in cooperation with the maintenance team; complying with quality and occupational safety requirements and reporting deviations; when needed, collaborating with other departments on installation and assembly work. What we expect from you: experience with plasma cutting or similar machining methods; good ability to read drawings and measurement skills; basic knowledge of metalworking processes and material behavior in cutting; ability to work independently and as part of a team; practical attitude and willingness to develop your skills and take responsibility.
