Senior Operations Manager

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in biochemical manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, engineering, or related field
• Strong leadership and development skills
• Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor day-to-day running of custom order-to-delivery process
• Evaluate efficiency of manufacturing processes and apply improvements (Lean Manufacturing)
• Manage Procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
• Support Procurement Sourcing Initiatives and inventory goals
• Ensure facility, equipment and personnel are available for product manufacturing
• Oversee order fulfillment to enhance customer satisfaction
• Review financial information/revenue margins and adjust operational budgets
• Evaluate overall performance by analyzing data and metrics
• Establish manufacturing standards for daily tasks
• Maintain Clean Room Manufacturing environment
• Oversee site Safety program; coordinate safety training
• Work with QC to ensure specifications of starting materials, WIP and final products are met
• Develop employees through Lean, coaching
• Monitor productivity and provide feedback
• Maintain ERP data and report operational information
• Adhere to ISO 13485 Quality Standards
• Other duties may be assigned
