We are seeking for our client Levytyö Särkinen Oy an experienced MIG welder. The job includes a variety of welding and sheet metal fabrication tasks in black iron production as part of a quality-driven manufacturing process. The welder will mainly perform MIG welding of thicker material and participate in product manufacturing from start to finish. Experience with other welding machines is considered an asset. The role emphasizes high quality, with welds meeting required quality standards and welding practices in line with applicable standards. Production is guided with clear procedures and supported by an experienced team and welding specialists.

- Perform MIG welding of thicker ferrous materials
- Carry out sheet metal fabrication tasks as part of production
- Participate in product manufacturing from start to finish
- Follow quality standards and welding practices per standards
- Work under clear production guidance with support from experienced team and welding specialists
- Operate and/or assist with other welding equipment as needed
Requirements
- metalworking or metal industry training or equivalent experience
- experience with MIG welding of ferrous metal
- ability to read welding and fabrication drawings
- careful and accurate work
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- advantageous: valid welding certifications
- advantageous: experience welding thicker materials
- sheet metal work experience
