Come and work with us in a unit for people with intellectual disabilities in Oulunkylä, Helsinki. We are looking for a team lead for Onnikoti Jokipuisto in Helsinki. Where will you work? Onnikoti Jokipuisto provides 24-hour supported housing for 14 residents and communal housing for seven residents in Oulunkylä, Helsinki, with good transport connections. Who are you and what will you do? The team lead role requires good interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise and resilience under pressure. To succeed, you need to be proactive and flexible, and able to handle challenging and rapidly changing situations with strong professional expertise. We hope you want to develop yourself and your team and bring an enthusiastic approach to your work. Your education and expertise will be taken into account when defining your duties. We require a suitable university of applied sciences degree (registered nurse or social services professional) and good spoken and written Finnish. Previous work experience with people with intellectual disabilities is an advantage, but is not required to start the job. We require vaccination protection under the Communicable Diseases Act, tuberculosis clearance and a salmonella certificate, as well as valid registration in the Suosikki/Terhikki register, a professional ID card and a hygiene passport. Pay is based on the private social services collective agreement, grade G24D, plus a task-specific supplement.
