Team Leader

You will: motivate and coach the team toward shared goals; develop your own sales and lead by example; achieve sales targets together with the team; monitor team performance and conduct development conversations; recruit and onboard new team members. We expect: experience in sales or a similar service role; an inspirational attitude and excellent communication skills; goal-oriented with the ability to inspire others; fluent Finnish (Swedish and English are a plus); driving license is a plus.
