Team Leader

We are now seeking for Elvera a Team Leader in electrical substation and industrial services to lead maintenance, fault repair, operation and construction activities. In this role you will ensure high quality of services and lead technicians in your own area. As Team Leader you will be responsible for the safety, efficiency and achievement of targets for your own area. The role focuses on leading maintenance services for electrical substations and power distribution networks and the overall management of service agreements with distribution companies and industry. You will organise maintenance, fault repair and commissioning tasks, manage resource planning and act as a key link between customers, staff and stakeholders. You will also handle customer cooperation, negotiations, quotation work and continuous improvement in a cost-efficient and customer-oriented manner. Your workstation can be located in the Kymenlaakso or Uusimaa regions. The job offers flexible remote work, but travel across Finland is also required. The position is permanent and full-time. The selected candidate will be employed directly by Elvera. If you fit, you have: S1 certification; electrical engineering degree; at least 3–6 years of experience in maintenance of electrical distribution with at least 2 years in 6–110 kV range; experience from servicing electrical substations, switchgear and transformer stations; experience in organising work and managing large service agreements; good spoken and written English; customer-oriented working style and strong interpersonal skills; willingness to travel as required by the job.
