Team Leader

We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our Substation and Industrial Services to oversee the maintenance, fault repair, operation and construction activities for substations and the electricity distribution network. In this role you will ensure high service quality and lead a technician team in your area. You will be responsible for safety, efficiency and achievement of targets for your area, focusing on maintenance of substations and distribution network services, as well as overall management of service agreements with network companies and industry. You will organize maintenance, fault repair and commissioning tasks, plan resources and serve as an important link between customers, personnel and various stakeholders. You will also manage customer relationships, negotiations, tender calculations and continuous improvement of operations in a cost-efficient and customer-oriented manner. Your work location can be in the Kymenlaakso or Uusimaa region. The role offers flexible remote work but also requires travel across Finland. The position is permanent and full-time, and the successful candidate will be employed by Elvera. Qualifications: S1 certification, electrical engineering degree, 3–6 years of experience in electrical distribution maintenance including at least 2 years in 6–110 kV, experience maintaining and operating substations, switchgear and transformers; experience in organizing work and managing large service agreements; good spoken and written English; customer-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills; willingness to travel as required.
