The nurse’s work at Hoppiskoti is not a separate task: you also participate in the children’s everyday life and support instructors as part of the multidisciplinary team. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? We require: - a Bachelor of Health Care degree as a registered nurse - the right granted by Valvira to practise as a licensed healthcare professional - a valid social and healthcare professional card for identification in Kanta services - experience working with children and young people - medication competence and readiness to take responsibility for safe medication practices - the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team - a calm, consistent and professional approach, including in challenging situations - sufficient spoken and written Finnish for client work and documentation - readiness to work two shifts - a category B driving licence and practical driving skills - a valid EA1 first-aid certificate and a hygiene passport. Experience in substitute care within child welfare, as well as working with children and young people with neuropsychiatric, psychological or behavioural symptoms, trauma backgrounds, autism spectrum conditions or disabilities, is considered an advantage.
