The Opportunity: Help build the teams powering Agoda’s global partner network. As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner supporting Supply, you will manage recruitment for assigned roles and help attract the talent that enables Agoda to grow its partner network and deliver value to partners and travelers worldwide. What You’ll Do: Manage assigned recruitment processes end to end, from intake through offer and pre-onboarding; Partner with Supply Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, provide pipeline updates, and keep recruitment moving; Deliver against agreed hiring targets, SLAs, timelines, and quality expectations; Create a clear, professional, and engaging experience for every candidate; Monitor pipeline health, funnel conversion, candidate freshness, Time in Stage, and offer acceptance; Use data to identify risks and recommend practical actions to improve hiring outcomes; Identify and escalate challenges such as low pipeline quality, candidate drop-off, delayed feedback, or interviewer availability; Maintain accurate recruitment records and follow Agoda’s hiring policies, scorecard standards, and compliance requirements; Collaborate with Recruitment Operations, Coordination, Offers, Onboarding, Global Mobility, Compensation and Benefits, HRBP, and other People Team partners; Contribute to sourcing activities, recruitment events, referrals, team initiatives, and process improvements; Actively seek feedback and build expertise in sourcing, screening, structured interviewing, stakeholder management, candidate experience, and recruitment analytics. Required Qualifications: We are looking for someone who takes ownership and keeps recruitment moving without constant follow-up; Understands the business context behind the roles they support; Anticipates risks and acts before they affect the hiring outcome; Uses data to understand pipeline performance and guide actions; Communicates clearly, directly, and respectfully with candidates and stakeholders; Makes sound decisions and knows when to escalate; Protects fairness, confidentiality, compliance, and candidate experience; Learns quickly, responds well to feedback, and demonstrates visible growth; Builds credibility through reliability, preparation, and follow-through; What you’ll need: Experience or demonstrated interest in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, HR, staffing, or a related field; Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and follow-through; Ability to manage multiple roles, deadlines, and stakeholders; Comfort using data, dashboards, spreadsheets, or recruitment systems; Strong attention to detail and sound judgment with confidential information; Curiosity, resilience, ownership, and willingness to learn; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment; It’s great if you have: Experience managing requisitions or end-to-end recruitment processes; Experience hiring for commercial, account management, business development, partner management, or operations roles; Experience with an Applicant Tracking System; Familiarity with recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Offer Acceptance, Interview 1 to Hire, Time in Stage, and Candidate Freshness; Experience recruiting in technology, e-commerce, online travel, hospitality, or another fast-moving industry; Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
