You will be involved in creating memorable moments for occasions such as bachelor parties, birthdays, corporate events, and tourists in a lake setting. As the sauna boat captain, you will be responsible, together with your team, for a smooth, safe, and memorable customer experience. The job includes operating the sauna boat for customer trips, welcoming and guiding customers, going through safety procedures and practices, creating a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, basic maintenance of the boat and equipment, practical problem-solving in customer situations, and developing activities together with the team. The work is mainly in the evenings and on weekends, making it suitable as a side job or alongside studies. We value customer service orientation, responsibility, initiative, punctuality, and interest in boating, tourism, and experiences. Previous boating experience is an advantage but not essential. The required operator’s license for a rental boat will be obtained at the employer’s expense, with comprehensive training provided.
