The work is active and multichannel. During the day, you meet customers in the store and help online-store customers in chat. You identify needs, suggest a suitable solution and make sure the customer knows what they are buying and why. - You sell DNA subscriptions, internet, entertainment services, devices and accessories. - You serve customers face to face in the store and through the chat service, by messages and phone. - You actively make contact and naturally guide customer interactions towards a sale. - You keep the store’s appearance, displays and everyday basics in order. - You follow targets, practise new things and discuss your work with the team. - You work according to store opening hours, including evenings and weekends. Employment facts - Employment: Permanent, 30–37.5 hours per week depending on workload - Workplace: DNA store in Kuopio, plus online-store chat sales - Start: By agreement - Pay: Base salary plus personal sales commission. You will always earn at least the ICT-sector collective-agreement guaranteed minimum wage of €13.76 per hour.
