We are seeking a Water Services Manager for the water and wastewater utility starting October 1, 2026. Lohja Water and Wastewater Utility is a balance sheet unit of the City of Lohja, operating under the urban technical result unit. The utility has two wastewater treatment plants, 12 operational water intake stations, and a water plant where part of the clean water is treated. The unit employs 23 people. Our goal is to ensure high-quality water services and related services throughout our operational area. The utility's networks have approximately 9,000 connection points and a turnover of approximately €9 million. We are looking for a competent, development-oriented, and collaborative Water Services Manager. The role includes financial monitoring, project tasks, communication, development of water services, and preparation of matters for governing bodies. You will act as the supervisor for the operations manager, project engineer, and network foreman. You will be responsible for the utility's finances, investments and their construction, as well as cooperation with authorities and stakeholders. Salary is €5,601.67/month + general increase €/month + possible professional supplements, determined according to the TS (municipal collective agreement). The selected candidate must present a health certificate from the Lohja branch of Keski-Uudenmaan Työterveys Oy within one month of the start of employment.
